I loved the reflections of light that were coming off the wet sidewalk and the beams of light from the windows. This was an exercise in patience, waiting for the faces to come through the shot. And did I ever get lucky? She’s in the light, in focus, and looking right at me into the camera! The umbrella in the sea of anonymity is a bonus.
